By accessing using MorphFlux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

MorphFlux is a free online file conversion service that allows users to convert files between various formats. Most conversions are processed locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers. Certain advanced features may require server-side processing, which will be clearly indicated.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MorphFlux only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Convert, process, or distribute files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Process files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service at scale
• Process files containing illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

Your Content and Files

You retain full ownership of all files you process using MorphFlux. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to process the files you submit
• Your files do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• You are responsible for any content you process through the Service

For local conversions, your files are processed entirely in your browser and we never have access to them. For server-side features, files are processed and deleted automatically — we do not claim any ownership or rights over your content.

Free and Premium Services

MorphFlux offers both free and premium features. Free features are provided as-is without any guarantee of availability or performance. Premium atures are subject to additional terms outlined at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time without notice. We will provide reasonable notice for changes to paid features.

Intellectual Property

The MorphFlux name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of MorphFlux. You may not use our trademarks or copy our content without written permission.

MorphFlux uses open-source libraries including FFmpeg, PDF.js, marked.js, and others. These are used in accordance with their respective licenses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MorphFlux is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted files will meet your requirements.

We are not responsible for any loss of data or files resulting from use of the Service. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original files before conversion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorphFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Privacy

Your use of MorphFlux is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of MorphFlux after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
