MorphFlux ("we", "our", or "us") is a free online le conversion tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

The core principle of MorphFlux is local processing — most conversions run entirely in your browser using WebAssembly and the Canvas API. Your files are never uploaded to our servers for these operations.

File Processing

Local processing (current features)

The following conversions are processed entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device and are never transmitted to any server:

• Image format conversions (PNG, JPG, WEBP, ICO, SVG, GIF, BMP, AVIF)
• Audio format conversions (MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A, OGG, FLAC)
• Video format conversions (MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, WEBM, FLV)
• Data format conversions (JSON, CSV, XML, YAML, TOML, TSV, Excel)
• Subtitle format conversions (SRT, VTT, ASS, SSA)
• Document conversions (PDF, HTML, Markdown, TXT)
• DateTime and timestamp conversions

Server-side processing (future features)

Certain advanced features — such as audio and video transcription, AI-powered summarization, and other AI processing — require files to be transmitted to third-party APIs for processing. When such features are available:

• You will be clearly notified before any file is uploaded
• Files are transmitted securely over HTTPS
• Third-party providers (such as OpenAI Whisper API) will process your files according to their own privacy policies
• We do not permanently store your files on our servers
• Uploaded files are deleted automatically after processing is complete

Information We Collect

Analytics data

We collect anonymous usage analytics to understand how MorphFlux is used and to improve the service. This may include pages visited, features used, browser type, and general geographic region. We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics.

Account data (if applicable)

If you create an account for premium features, we collect your email address and account preferences. This information is used solely to provide the service and is never sold to third parties.

Payment data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

Cookies and Tracking

MorphFlux uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function, such as session cookies for logged-in users. We may use third-party analytics services that set their own cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and analytics
• Stripe — Payment processing (for premium features)
• OpenAI / Whisper API — Audio and video transcription (future feature, only when you explicitly use it)

Data Retention

For local conversions, no data is retained — everything happens in your browser and is discarded when you close the tab. For any server-side processing, filetomatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of analytics tracking
• Export your account data

Children's Privacy

MorphFlux is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of MorphFlux after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
